Mission & Purpose
The purpose of the Oasis Club is to provide facilities for a close relationship among those who acknowledge that staying free of substances is of primary importance.
We are not affiliated with, nor do we endorse, however we encourage a program of recovery.
The Oasis Club In 1975 a group of recovering people in need of a place to gather founder the Oasis Club.
The Club met at various locations on Main St. in Saco,
moving several times over the years. From 1984 until 1989,
the club was located in Pepperell Square,
then moved to 397 Main St. in Biddeford,
where they remained until 1992.
In 2008, the Club was reborn,
leasing this historic building,
formerly Jordan School and the Open Door,
from the City of Saco.
